How is FAV NY™ works?

We make all our clothes based on the customer’s choices. The opportunity to let you customize your own size dress.

  1. Choose your favorite style, color, and size.
  2. If you can’t find your size on straight size option, choose custom size then E-mail us about your exact size. How to measure your body is on INFORMATION menu.
  3. Our specialist will make your own choice of dress and ship to your house.

Based on order base making, our handling time takes little longer than other regular online shop.

Are all clothes made in USA?

Yes, our company located in New York, garment district area, and the whole process is under our control except for some basic materials. That’s why we can guarantee the best quality of our products.

Do you use genuine Swarovski crystal?

Yes, we use 100% genuine Swarovski® crystal only. That’s why our T-shirts and dresses sparkle amazingly in any kind of light. You can notice the difference when you see our video on our product page.

How to measure my size?

“HOW TO MEASURE” is in the SIZE & FIT page on each product page. You will find a size chart for the style, along with fitting and measuring tips. You will need a tape ruler when you measure your size.

How long will delivery take?
  • Based on custom making, our handling times is 4 weeks for the dresses, 3-5 working days for the casual times. (After cleared the payment)
  • Shipping/Delivery details in “SHIPPING & DELIVERY” page.
What are your customer service hours?
  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, excluding major holidays.
  • To send us an Email, please complete the fields on ‘Contact Us’ section. We will respond in 1-2 business days. If you don’t receive a reply in your inbox, please check your spam mail folder.
Can I return or exchange my item?

You can return the damaged item, but before that, please read our RETURNS & REFUNDS page first.

When will I be refunded?

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method and it can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
